We recently got the keys to a brand new studio space at the colourful Hidden Lane in Glasgow's trendy Finnieston district. I really wanted the space to be a bright, fun place to work and decided to paint a mural across the whole back wall of the studio. I'm loving memphis patterns at the moment and have started to incorporate them into the brand.
I created a mock up on the computer first to spend some time playing around with shapes that I liked and brand colours before translating it onto the wall.
The first step was masking off the initial areas. Followed by a coat of pink and grey. Once that was dry, I removed some of the masking tape and taped off the final sections of yellow and pink.
